The joy of podcasts

Books, books, Books... There is so much literature out there to extract and absorb what you need, but for those of you out there who may in the process of prepping for a new arrival, my personal choice for the lighter side of pregnancy and childbirthing knowledge lies in the mindless podcast arena. Sara and I have gotten hooked on an amusing podcast series entitled "Baby Time". This podcast is a little old (although still timely) but is an entertaining walk through the pregnancy journey and beyond. We found it very amusing to listen to together and to compare the podcasters experiences (Kerry and Dan) with ours. (The cast is still being produced for their newest ofspring additions, but you'll want to start at the beginning.)

Unfamiliar with podcasts? There are thousands of audio and video internet broadcasts that you can avail yourself of, ranging from informational, news, humor, technology, social interest, religion. You name it, you can probably find it. And they're a perfect commuting companion.

You can find Baby Time at the link above or by a quick search in iTunes. Enjoy, (I would recommend with your partner) and let us know your thoughts.
