Our obsession with tastin' of bacon!

OK, jabs at swine flu aside, myself and others have noticed a strange increasing fascination with bacon.

Granted, I like bacon as much as the next guy but I think that we may have gotten to a point where we have taken it a bit too far. Honestly, there are just some things that I can't seem to get my brain around and get on board with. Perhaps some of you have already tried some of these out (Or would be willing to do so), but I just can't get myself to ruin perfectly good strips of this magical animal... But here we go with my top five! Feel free to share others in comments below. Warning, do not click the links below if you are skittish about your salted cured meats. Otherwise, let's roll!

    From your picture, I was wondering what kind of bacon craziness you kids had come up with while the Dorgans were vising (all bacon craziness somehow involves the Dorgans in my world), but I see now that it's not your picture.

    I thought we might need to stage an intervention.

    Also, EW. I cannot force myself to click. "Bacon cheddar cream cheese frosting"? Shudder.

    Maybe it's the swine flu working my subconscious, but I just HAD to have bacon over the weekend, so I bought a pack, fried it all up, and now I have bacon at my beck and call. Also bought a head of lettuce and good ripe tomatoes. Mmmmm... BLT!

    (Um Charles? It's been a while since I've seen new pics of your princess...? Hello? First child gets a minute by minute update, don't they? I wouldn't know, being the second kid, but that's what I hear? Love, Sako)
